Artist Bio
Jack Geddes has been drawing and painting since grade school. Presently he is a retired licensed California architect enjoying an impressionistic style of painting. Jack works in watercolor and acrylic media. His goal is to capture local scenes that tell a story, or suggests a mood. His goal also, is to produces paintings filled with gentle beauty of mundane scenes. Some of his art, that tell a story without words, may bring a smile of enjoyment to your heart.

Painting is a process thoroughly enjoyed by Jack. He is a Juried member of Watercolor West and has taught watercolor painting classes at Gibson Senior Center in Upland. For three years, Jack served on a panel with two of other judges, to jury fine arts for the San Bernardino County Fair. Jack Geddes found the desert area to be rich with many gifted and talented artists.
The hard work and excitement that goes into pulling on a successful art show is very gratifying.

Jack currently displays his work at Gallery SoHo in the pomona Arts Colony in addition to other venues throughout the area.
